Artist One-Sheet reads the facts you send about your act, your links, your booking contact and the photo you reply with. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, your photo and the finished sheet are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the sheet; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never send your sheet, your facts or your photo to any booker, venue, outlet or anyone else, never publish them, never use your photo for anything but your own sheet, never sell or share your details, and never reuse your sheet for another act.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
